At the age of 16, Foster was named the “Youngest Entrepreneur” by the New York Times, as well as appearing in a wide variety of radio, TV, and print nationwide. Foster has been selected to ring the closing bell at the world-renowned New York Stock Exchange.
From the manufacturing of his “TIME for SPORTS” product line, Foster founded Foster Construction Management, LLC, his New York based construction management firm that handles all phases of commercial construction. To develop products and services in a creative, innovative, and practical manner he next founded and became Managing Director of The Elenar Group.

Rounding out his passion for business and innovation, Richard formerly co-founded the first of its kind business incubator on Long Island for start-up companies at different stages of growth, enabling them to share work space with the aim of fostering creativity and collaboration. Foster grew this company from one location to 4 locations in 25 months.
Richard Foster is the youngest recipient of Long Island Business News’ “40 Under 40” Award and the recipient of the Vision 2020 Growth Award for his commitment to business growth on Long Island. He has been a guest speaker at several universities in the Northeast as well as being featured in Entrepreneur Magazine.
